山梨県にある養老酒造さんに行ってきたので、養老酒造さんのSAKE情報をまとめます。
I visited Yoro Shuzo in Yamanashi Prefecture, so I will summarize the SAKE information of Yoro Shuzo.
養老酒造のSAKE
古民家を改装した建物のようです。
この建物の２階で「蔵元ごはん＆カフェ酒蔵櫂」という飲食店を運営されています。
The building appears to be a renovated old private house.
On the second floor of this building, they operate a restaurant called “Sake Brewery Gohan & Cafe Sake Brewery Kai”.
養老酒造さんのホームページはこちら→「蔵元ごはん＆カフェ酒蔵櫂」。
このホームページは、酒蔵ではなく養老酒造直営の「蔵元ごはん＆カフェ酒蔵櫂」という飲食店を前面に出しているスタイルですね。
ホームページにお酒の情報も載っていました。

The style of this website is to put forward a restaurant called “Kuramoto Gohan & Cafe Sakagura Kai,” which is directly operated by the Yoro Sake Brewery, not a sake brewery.

販売されている日本酒は数種類。
「養老」が代表銘柄ですね。一番人気は「櫂」というアルコール度数の高い超辛口の日本酒のようです。
「六波」は、六代目当主のこだわりのお酒。
There are several types of sake on sale.
Yoro” is the representative brand. The most popular brand seems to be “Kai”, a very dry sake with high alcohol content.
Rokuha” is the sixth generation head of the family’s specialties.
養老酒造直営の「蔵元ごはん＆カフェ酒蔵櫂」で昼ごはんを食べた際に、「利き酒セット」を頼みました。「櫂」はたしかにアルコールが強く感じました。
「利き酒セット」は自分で選べず、お店側指定でした。
I ordered the sake tasting set when I had lunch at “Kuragoto Gohan & Cafe Sake Brewery Kai,” which is directly managed by the Yoro Shuzo brewery. The “Kai” was indeed strong in alcohol.
I could not choose my own sake tasting set.

ちなみに、秩父山麓(ちちぶさんろく)の水を使用したお酒のようです。

【行き方】最寄り駅まで Route How to get to the nearest station

最寄り駅は山梨市駅。JR中央本線沿いの駅です。
JR中央本線は、東西に走っている路線。
ここでは、電車での行き方、また、山梨市駅の東側に位置する各駅からどのように行けばいいのかを解説します。
上のイメージ図を見てみてください。
「成田国際空港駅」「羽田空港駅」から行く人は、新宿駅経由。「立川駅」「八王子駅」から行く人は、そのままJR中央本線の電車に乗ればOKです。
JR中央本線は基本的に各駅電車です。ただ、「新宿駅」「立川駅」「八王子駅」から『特急かいじ』という特急列車が走っています。

Those going from “Narita International Airport Station” and “Haneda Airport Station” go via Shinjuku Station. If you are going from “Tachikawa” or “Hachioji” station, you can take the JR Chuo Honsen train directly.

成田国際空港からだと約4時間20分。特急も利用すると約3時間20分。
東京駅からは約2時間30分。特急も利用すると約1時間50分。
新宿駅からは約2時間10分。特急も利用すると約1時間30分。
立川駅・八王子駅から特急を利用すると約1時間で行けますね。
所要時間は、出発時間帯、曜日によって多少変わります。また、他のルートもあるので、乗換案内アプリ等で最適ルートを検索してみてください。
From Narita International Airport, it takes about 4 hours and 20 minutes. It takes about 3 hour and 20 minutes if you use the limited express.
From Tokyo Station, it takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes. It takes about 1 hour and 50 minutes if you use the limited express.
It takes about 2 hours and 10 minutes from Shinjuku Station. It takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes by limited express.
It takes about 1 hour from Tachikawa Station and Hachioji Station by limited express.
Travel time varies slightly depending on the time of day and day of the week of departure. There are also other routes available, so please search for the best route using a transfer guide application or other means.
電車賃 How much is the train fare?
成田国際空港からだと約3,500円。特急も利用すると約6,500円。※成田エクスプレス・特急かいじの両方を利用。
東京駅からだと約2,500円。特急も利用すると約4,000円。
新宿駅からは約2,000円。特急も利用すると約4,000円。
立川駅・八王子駅からだと約1,500円。特急も利用だと約2,500円で行けますね。
From Narita International Airport, it costs about 3,500 yen. If you also use the limited express, the fare is about 6,500 yen. Narita Express and Limited Express KAIJI are both available.
From Tokyo Station, the fare is approximately 2,500 yen. It is about 4,000 yen if you also use the limited express.
From Shinjuku Station, it is about 2,000 yen. It costs about 4,000 yen if you take the limited express.
From Tachikawa and Hachioji Stations, the fare is about 1,500 yen. If you also use the limited express, you can get there for about 1,800 yen.
電車賃は、1ドル＝100円で計算しています。Train fares are calculated at $1 = 100 yen.
【行き方】最寄り駅～養老酒造まで Route nearest station to Yoro Brewery
交通手段(徒歩orタクシー) Transportation(foot or Taxi)
電車で来た場合、交通手段は徒歩orタクシーです。
If coming by train, transportation is by foot or cab.
まずは改札を出て、左(北口)に向かいます。
First, exit the ticket gate and head left (north exit).
タクシーは階段を降りるとすぐの所に停まっているので、「養老酒造までお願いします。」と伝えればＯＫです。
タクシーがいない場合は、駅を背にして右方向にある観光案内所で問い合わせれば大丈夫です。
Cabs are parked right at the bottom of the stairs, so just tell them, “To Yoro Shuzo, please.”
It is OK if you tell them.
If a cab is not available, you can inquire at the Tourist Information Center on the right with your back to the station.
所要時間 How long does it take？
徒歩で約40分。タクシーで約10分弱。
Approximately 40 minutes on foot. Less than 10 minutes by cab.
交通費 How much can you get there?
タクシー代は片道約1,300円かかりました。
Cab fare cost approximately 1,300 yen one way.
試飲：なし Can I have a tasting?
試飲はできませんでした。
養老酒造直営の「蔵元ごはん＆カフェ酒蔵櫂」という飲食店があるので、注文すればもちろんそこで頂くことはできます。
また、酒蔵見学を申込むと、見学時に試飲ができるようです。

There is a restaurant called “Sake Brewery Gohan & Cafe Sake Brewery Kai” which is directly managed by Yoro Shuzo, so of course you can have it there if you order it.
If you apply for a tour of the brewery, you can have a tasting at that time.
食事処：有 Is there a restaurant?
養老酒造直営の「蔵元ごはん＆カフェ酒蔵櫂」という飲食店があります。
おかずが豊富で楽しめました。ただ、ごはんの量は少なめでした。もしかしたら量的に、男性の胃袋には物足りないかもしれません。
ちなみに、私は大盛りごはんを注文しましたが、結果的に腹八分でした（笑）
There is a restaurant called “Kuragohan Gohan & Cafe Sakagura Kai” which is directly operated by Yoro Sake Brewery.
I enjoyed the wide variety of side dishes. However, the quantity of rice was small. Perhaps the quantity may not be enough for a man’s stomach.
By the way, I ordered a large serving of rice, and as a result, I was hungry (lol).

かなりギュウギュウな印象でした。
大型バスは、要相談のようです。
The parking lot had approximately 15? spaces were located at the back of the lot.
I had the impression that it was quite crowded.
Large buses appear to be on a need-to-know basis.

とても綺麗なトイレでした。
本館からすこしだけ離れたところにあります。
It was a very clean restroom.
